Sorry for the lapse in posts. I have been very sick. Should be back to it by tomorrow.

Well it will be rad if they don’t cast Dolph Lundgren this time.
/Film Reports:
Earlier this month Warner Bros completely dropped the development of the live action He-Man adaptation Grayskull: The Masters of the Universe, despite Justin Marks’ screenplay gaining big traction from internet buzz and Kung-Fu Panda director John Stevenson signing on to direct. Heatvision is now reporting that the project might not be completely dead after all.
Apparently Columbia Pictures / Escape Artists are in negotiations to pick up rights to the Mattel property. Stevenson and Marks are both no longer involved with the project, which will be developed from the ground up.

…and just for good measure here is She-Ra, who is much cooler than He-Man anyways. She-Ra movie anybody? Eh?

Pa-NO-Rama is a delightful example of how a film can communicate a meaningful and funny message in one minute flat and leave the viewer wanting more. It’s by Italian animator Diego Zucchi.
It was really very pretty and says something about the way we live these days. Ok enough being meta on this, I just like movies about crotchety old people. What?
Oh! And Happy Birthday to the Saras (as in more than one Sara who happen to have similar birthdays)!

A short film, called Legend features James Dean, or what would have, could have been James Dean. Created by the South African investment company, Allan Gray, the short advertisement shows James Dean as an Oscar winner, a director, and even a humanitarian. It took 14 months to create and includes a cast of 300. The actor who plays James Dean had to take months of classes to prepare for the role.
I found this to be very well done. It made me feel more melencholy than I expected. What do you guys think?

Paul Reubens is returning to the stage and so appeared on Jay Leno in character. He hasn’t done this since 1992!

This is a very important Public Service Announcement, obviously, and all American children should have to memorize these 11 types of strangers, as well as the exact scripted thing that they say each time (any deviation from the script means it’s probably safe to get into the car).
Well if it helps you guys from getting in the car with strangers then my job is done…my job is done. Don’t get raped/killed guys!

Nathan Sawaya, King of Legos says:
“I built a cello out of LEGO. It is the actual size of a non-LEGO cello. It also sounds different from a non-LEGO cello. Here’s the YouTube video that everyone is talking about of me creating the cello brick by brick.”
I totally want to see a bunch of insturments that can play and are made out of Legos. We have Lego Rock Band, but I want to see Lego Symphony.
Check out after the cut for a clip Nathan building the Cello.
